Refunds are paid on items that are exported in the shoppers personal luggage.
Refundable items must be unused.
Please make sure that all mandatory fields are filled in correctly when you request your Tax Free Form in store. In the case of missing or incorrect information, the form will be rejected by Customs.
Downtown Refund :
Travelers can get a refund in advance at the downtown refund office or kiosk.
Customs validation at departure airport/port is required within 21 days after refund (15 days for UNIONPAY)
Mobile Self Refund :
Travelers can apply for a refund on their own mobile.
If you are a Global Blue member:
In most stores, you can scan your digital barcode at check-out. Your personal data will be automatically filled in on the Tax Free Form.

Remember to validate your Tax Free Form before leaving South Korea to get your refund automatically paid using to your preferred payment details or in cash at any Global Blue Refund Office or Kiosk.
No Custom validation = No refund.
