Both check-in luggage and hand baggage
1) Before check-in, go to the Menzies desk located in the Departure Hall opposite security control
2) Present your Tax Free Forms, receipts and unused purchases for a Customs stamp, and payment of your refund in cash or to your credit card

Already received your tax refund?
Remember you still need to get a Customs validation stamp on your Tax Free Form to avoid charges to your credit card. Tax Free Forms received in Nordic countries can be stamped at the Menzies desk, Departures Hall opposite security
