Directions to receive your tax refund
1) Go to Customs
2) Present your Tax Free Forms, receipts and unused purchases for Custom validation
3) At some borders a refund is possible right after Customs validation, please ask on availability If not, you can can mail the Tax Free Form to Global Blue using the envelope provided when you purchased your tax free goods, or visit the refund office during your next trip
