Validity of stamped Form: 7 months after the issuing month

Local information
Polish Tax Free Forms can be refunded in cash at one of Global Blue’s Refund Offices or onto cards, both credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club International).

Cash refunds for Polish Tax Free forms can be collected by an authorised person. The following documents need to be presented at the Refund Office:

  • A copy of the authoriser’s passport (page showing passport number and photo)
  • Original Global Blue Tax Free Form
  • Original receipt
  • Original Proxy Form duly signed by the authoriser
  • Original passport of the authorised person


NB. The Refund Office can accept forms that have been pre-signed by the authoriser under the "Cash Refund" section.

Tax Free goods:
Refunds are paid on goods that are exported in the traveller’s personal luggage.
Exported goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
