New rules for shopping in Poland
Don't forget your passport next time you shop,  or proof of permanent residence outside the EU. While in-store you’ll be asked for your preferred method to receive your refund, either cash or credit card. Please remember you will not be able to change this later. Only the purchaser who received the Tax Free Form can collect the refund, you cannot authorise a person to act on your behalf.
