When travelling in northern Italy, you can request your tax-free refund from the Forexchange office at Turin Airport. Check below for more specific address and opening hours. Remember: Non-EU visitors are required to bring their completed and stamped Tax Free Forms to their local refund office to request a tax free refund.

N.B: Maximum cash refund limit – 2999,50 EUR / traveller.

N.B: Maximum credit card refund limit – 1500 EUR / Form.

N.B: The handling fee for cash refunds depends on the refunded amount.

0-25,00 EUR - 3 EUR

25,01 – 80,00 EUR - 4 EUR

80,01-150,00 EUR – 5 EUR

150,01-800,00 EUR – 8 EUR

800,01 – 2999,50 EUR -  1% of refund amount
