For items in checked-in luggage and hand baggage
1) Before check-in, go to Customs Office in the Departure Hall
2) Present your Passport, Tax Free Forms and unused purchases for Customs validation
3) Once your Tax Free Form has been validated, fill in your credit card number and drop your Form into the Global Blue mailbox

Already received your tax refund?
Remember you still need to get a Customs validation on your Tax Free Form to avoid charges to your credit card. The Customs Office is located in the Departure Hall
