Directions to receive your tax refund
1) Go to Customs on the Ground Level.
2) Present your Tax Free Form, receipts and unused purchases for a Customs stamp.
3) Go to the Global Blue Mailbox, Ground Level next to Customs and deposit your tax free form in the Global Blue Mailbox.

Already received your tax refund?
Remember you still need Customs to scan your Tax Free Form to secure export approval and avoid charges to your credit card. Customs are located before security, Ground Level
