Go shopping and while paying, remember to ask for a Global Blue Tax Free Form. Here's what you need to know to shop Tax Free.
Refunds are paid on items that are exported in the shoppers personal luggage.
Refundable items must be unused.
Bring your Passport and/or official document with your residence and picture to be shown to Shop Staff. Make sure that all fields are filled in correctly when you request your Tax Free Form in store.

If you are a Global Blue member:
In most stores, you can scan your digital barcode at check-out. Your personal data will be automatically filled in on the Tax Free Form.
Not yet a Global Blue member?
Get your Tax Free Form validated when you exit the European Union. Find below the nearest Customs Office or self-validation Kiosk.
3 months + the issuing month of the Tax Free Form
4 years from the issuing date of the Tax Free Form
If you leave the EU from Spain, use validation kiosks:
No Custom validation = No refund.
Please note in case of autorefund or refund in advance (Downtown/ Lounge) the process will be completed after the positive digital validation of the Tax Free Form.
If you leave the EU from other Country:
Don't scan your Tax Free Form in the kiosk in Spain and proceed to validate your Tax Free Form in your last exit point prior to leave the European Union.
For an automatic refund, check the payment details selected in store or saved on your Global Blue App and MCC. Visit any Global Blue Refund Office or Kiosk in Spain. Present the validated Tax Free Form and get your refund.
