By agreeing to be issued this Tax Free Form (“Form”) to use the Global Blue (“GB”) tax refund service:

  • I declare that I have purchased the goods according to the goods description below, that my personal details are filled out correctly and that I am resident outside of the EU. I understand that the refund will not be made unless all mandatory and regulatory requirements are met.
  • I agree that the Form must be validated by Customs at the point of departure from the EU, within 3 months of purchase, and stamped Forms must be returned to GB.
  • I agree that the tax refund will be equal to the amount of VAT paid in store less a service fee. An additional fee may be deducted depending on whether you require the refund paid in cash, to specific cards or digital wallets.
