By downloading this app, you agree that Global Blue and our shopping, travel and payment partners may use your information (including your registration details, information about the use of your Global Blue card, shopping and travel purchases and other information that you give us) including your geographical location and how you use this App so that you can be provided with offers, products and services which may interest you.
This App is made available for use in connection with your use of Global Blue products and services. Any other use of materials on this App without our prior written permission is prohibited. The intellectual property in all design, text, graphics and other material and the selection or arrangement of such material in this App is owned by us and/or our respective licensors.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tax Free Shopping
These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) are valid for your enrolment with the Global Blue Card programme, run by the Swiss company Global Blue SA and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Global Blue”). If you wish, Global Blue may provide you, as member of the Global Blue Card programme, with marketing material, including marketing information and special offers from our affiliated retailers. Global Blue shall also provide you with the Global Blue Card for you to use in retail stores in order for you to initiate transactions for refund of value added tax or similar (“VAT”). When using the Global Blue Card, your personal data will automatically be printed or otherwise made available on the necessary documents, provided that the retailer at which you are making a purchase is connected to this automated service. You can separately sign up to the possibility of receiving your refund amount directly onto your credit card. You will also be able to use other services from time to time made available to members of the Global Blue Card programme. Refund transactions are always subject to terms and conditions as well as legislation applicable at the place of the purchase qualifying for a refund. You will be informed separately of such conditions when initiating a refund transaction.
VALIDITY, TERMINATION AND APPLICABLE LAW
In order to qualify for these T&Cs, you have to provide your full and correct personal data. You agree to inform Global Blue in case of any change of such data. Correct personal data is necessary for the provision by Global Blue of the automated services hereunder. By enrolling in the Global Blue Card programme you confirm that you are 18 years old or above. The current version of the T&Cs is always available at www.global-blue.com, for reference. Global Blue has the right to amend the T&Cs at any time. Should you disagree with any amendments, you have the right to immediately terminate your membership by informing Global Blue to such effect. These T&Cs are subject to Swiss law.
What information will we use?
By joining, interacting or tax-free shopping with Global Blue, we will collect and use information about you. This information includes your personal details, information about the use of your SHOP TAX FREE Card, shopping and travel purchases and other information that you give us.
How will your information be used?
We will use your information to process your tax refunds and administer your participation in the Global Blue Tax Free Shopping network.
We will also analyse your information to see how you use Global Blue's services, to understand your shopping and travel behaviour and to send you information and offers for the products or services, which are most likely to interest you.

Who will we share your information with?

We will also share your information with relevant tax authorities, customs officials, refund offices and your bank and / or credit card companies as necessary to process your tax refunds.
