IC2 POS Interface is an efficient and secure cloud-based issuing solution,
which enables large retailers and department stores to separate the moment
a shopper pays for goods and the issuing of Tax Free Forms.
Shoppers are redirected away from the till to a service area to create their Tax Free Forms.
They can do it through a self-service kiosk, by scanning their receipt and passport,
or at a desk with the assistance of retailers’ trained staff.
Thanks to Global Blue IC2 POS interface, transaction and purchase details are retrieved from the POS through the receipt number, and automatically inserted into the Tax Free Form.

IC2 Standalone is a light weight, cloud-based issuing solution that requires no installation.
As a ready-to-use solution, IC2 Standalone is for smaller retailers with a limited volume of Tax Free shoppers. All retailers need is a username and log-in to start issuing Tax Free Forms in store.
