What are your favourite pieces in the new Calzedonia fitness range?
I love the high-waisted leggings. They sculpt your body while sucking in your tummy and bum so they’re very flattering. The slogan on the waistband and the leggings is also cute and doesn’t take itself too seriously.
What are your favourite workout classes in London?
I like to do classes as they tend to push me further and you can bring friends along. I like to do spin in the evenings – a class like Psycle. Core Collective is good and it’s local and near my house, so it’s great when I’m pushed for time. Barrecore and reformer pilates workouts are also good.
How often do you work out?
Three to five times a week is ideal, although four is about average.
Are you more of a morning or an evening person?
Normally I like to work out in the morning but sometimes it’s nice to de-stress with a barre or stretching class in the evening.
What is your favourite post-workout dish?
A prawn or chicken stir fry is great as it’s quick for when you’re hungry.
What are your favourite post-gym pampering products?
I always pack spare skincare to keep me looking fresh. Something like a tonal spritz is great for when you’re not showering. A firming body moisturiser like the one by Mio is also great.
Where are your favourite beauty hotspots?
I love Space NK. I spend way too much money in there.
Which are your favourite healthy eating restaurants in London?
I love The Good Life Eatery; the chestnut waffles are great there and I like that it doesn’t just serve vegan food. They also offer various forms of bread which are good for when you want something heavier.
What are the most treasured pieces in your wardrobe?
I like to invest in shoes and bags, and I love vintage ‒ anything with a story.
You have your own clothing line; what is next for the brand?
I’m currently working on a new area in the women’s clothing line which I haven’t done before, and I would like to venture into a new fitness range.
