London Fashion Week is a time to experiment and put together your best outfits. It’s a known fact that the most striking and colourful pieces are usually the ones that will grab the photographers’ attention.
There are some fail-safe ways to ensure you get photographed outside shows and, generally speaking, following trends usually does the trick. At the same time, however, you don’t want to look like everyone else so try to mix-and-match to create your own personal style while remaining fashionable.
Prints, colours, modern bags and accessories, as well as one-colour total looks, are a good way to go, not forgetting anything Gucci, naturally! In-between-season dressing is the best way to experiment as you can still layer while allowing your personal style to come through. Think a leopard-print midiskirt from Anine Bing, Gentle Monster sunglasses and standout coat by Deborah Lyons.
London Fashion Week takes place at The Store Studios from the 14-18 September and will showcase the spring/summer 2019 collections.
