Taking place at Westfield London, Shepherd’s Bush, from 1 to 17 December 2017, the experience will take guests on a sensational epicurean journey that will awaken their senses and envelop them in the indulgent world of Ferrero Rocher. Offering up the flavours fans have come to know and love through the medium of a 360-degree light and sound installation, this is a spectacle unlike any other.
It begins with a drink conceived by the expert mixologists at Liquid Chefs before visitors take their seat for the Behind The Layers experience itself, where they can marvel as five incredible mini desserts – inspired by the layers of gold, hazelnut pieces, crunchy wafer, whole hazelnut and silky chocolate – are made by hand before their very eyes. Showcasing recipes developed by Paul Hannagen, gourmet wizard and an expert in the field of gastronomic experiences, each mini dessert will tap into exactly what makes Ferrero Rocher such a celebrated chocolate.
After the Behind The Layers experience, visit the on-site shop to purchase the ultimate Christmas gift – a personalised box of Ferrero Rocher complete with a label featuring hand-drawn calligraphy. For true Ferrero fans, there can be no better festive treat.
Tickets can be booked for slots between 1pm and 9.30pm every day except Mondays, with the experience lasting 45 indulgent minutes.
