Springtime in Venice is a joy to behold and it’s this feeling that Harry’s Dolce Vita is trying to capture with its latest menu, created in collaboration with food writer and chef Skye McAlpine. Having lived in Venice since her youth, McAlpine is an expert on the hearty dishes and rustic flavours that are synonymous with the Italian city. McAlpine’s book, A Table In Venice, provided the inspiration for the restaurant’s latest limited-edition menu, which features three courses, each more delectable than the last.
Begin your culinary journey with the artichoke, broad bean, faro and mint salad, a light starter with all the freshness of summer, followed by linguine with asparagus and Prosecco. Finish your meal with the sgroppino alla fragola – a dessert cocktail with strawberry gelato at its heart.
