Where do you live?
In Sant Cugat del Vallès, to the north of Barcelona, 30 minutes by car from the city centre.
Why do you like it?
Because is a quiet area, close enough to Barcelona yet surrounded by nature, which helps me to relax.
Which is your favourite area of Barcelona?
The old Gothic part of the city.
Which is your favourite Barcelona store?
If I had to choose only one store I would say Vinçon, on Passeig de Gràcia. The outside and inside of the building are truly unique.
How many stores do you own in the city?
We have seven boutiques in Barcelona. I chose this city to start the business because it is the place where I was born and where everything started, in our first store on Canuda street.
Which are your favourite Barcelona restaurants?
I am currently in love with Bocagrande restaurant on Passatge de la Concepció, the perfect place to taste quality Mediterranean-style rice.
Can you recommend any local dishes to try?
Botifarra amb mongetes, which are hot beans with special Spanish sausage.
From which place are the best views of the city to be seen?
My favourites are from the terrace of the Mirablau bar on the top of Tibidabo mountain.
Where do you take out-of-town friends?
For a walk along the Born neighbourhood, which is packed with nice restaurants and shops.
Is there a bar or club you visit regularly?
I usually go to El Mutis on Avenida Diagonal, a very exclusive and secretive club in the city, and to Bocachica, the bar at the Bocagrande restaurant.
How do you like to travel around?
Usually by car because I have to travel from outside the city.
Any advice for visitors?
Keep an open mind. It is a exceptional city to walk around and discover magical and secret spots. There is always something new going on.
Is there a Catalan artist or designer that you particularly admire?
Painter Albert Ràfols-Casamada.
Where do you run away to relax?
Always Marbella ... a paradise.

My job. I love it!
