Literature meets fashion in an exhibition at Roca Barcelona Gallery. 20 dresses: dialogues between fashion and literature runs until 16 October. Twenty top Spanish designers have created outfits inspired by characters from 20 Russian and Latin American books. Loewe has designed an outfit for Dulcinea, a character in Don Quixote de la Mancha, Ángel Schlesser was inspired by a Nikolái Gogol short story and Duyos chose to dress Anna Karenina. The exhibition has been organised by Roca, the Association of Spanish Fashion Designers, the Ministry of Culture for Spain and Instituto Cervantes.
