Dsquared2 founders Dean and Dan Caten are the duo behind Ceresio7, located above the brand’s Milanese headquarters. The rooftop bar boasts two lounges and a smoking room, but we recommend taking a pool-side seat to admire the panoramic views of the city’s skyline and make the most of the last of the summer sun. Guglielmo Miriello is the mastermind behind the exciting cocktails served here – choose from reinvented classics or innovative creations designed to tantalise the senses.

Situated on the seventh floor of the Excelsior Hotel Gallia, Terrazza Gallia overlooks the city’s grand Milano Centrale station. Expect an elegant setting with furniture by designers such as Fendi and an equally impressive drinks menu. Classic cocktails are available on request, but we suggest one of the inspired creations by the team: whether you prefer a gin-based drink or a tequila-mezcal combination, there’s something for every taste. The Park Hyatt Milan recently unveiled its updated Mio Lab bar, presenting a unique new concept under the aegis of renowned mixologist Oscar Quagliarini. The bar is inspired by tarot: each cocktail is based on a figure from the tarot deck and artist Sergio Gerasi was commissioned to create special information cards for each of the drinks. Whether you opt for a tarot-themed cocktail or a classic, the Mio Lab offers a playful take on the aperitivo paired with a stylish setting.
