Athletic wear and clothing brand Puma has recently given its Amsterdam store a makeover, which combines the latest in sustainable retail design with cutting-edge technology.
Spread across three floors, the 290-square- metre shop features dark grey walls, wood-coloured fixtures and an eye-catching red pop-up wall.
The emphasis is on the brand’s footwear, such as Puma Suede and Puma Faas trainers. Performance, motor sport and everyday apparel and accessories are also available, including pieces from Puma’s stylish collaboration with Alexander McQueen.
Look out for playful elements, such as the oversized puma sculptures at the entrance. Changing rooms are decorated with Dutch-style blue and white tiles and a video clip runs showing a red peep-show box.
The space incorporates low-energy lighting, wood from certified sustainable sources and environmentally friendly paint and adhesives.
