French haute cuisine has been reinvented at Jacob’s Restaurant. Hamburg offers plenty for seafood lovers and Jellyfish is one of the best seafood restaurants in the city – with a Michelin star to prove it. It was awarded the star in 2017 and has become a firm favourite on the Hamburg dining scene. The philosophy behind the restaurant is to create astounding dishes from the best ingredients. Born in Casablanca, head chef Wahabi Nouri uses his roots for inspiration at French-Moroccan restaurant Piment. Simple plates are beautifully presented, with unusual flavours coming through in dishes such as the couscous dome with saffron foam.
