Director David Lynch will open a nightclub in Paris on 6 October that's set to be extremely popular during Fashion Week. Named after the bizarre and eerily glamorous Club Silencio in Lynch’s film Mulholland Drive, the venue will feature smoked-glass walls, 1950s-style furniture and retro-futuristic gold. The chairs were designed to ‘induce and sustain a specific state of openness to the unknown’. Zola printed J'Accuse in the basement of building, which is situated where Molière was buried, and Club Silencio is set to make its own history as it is deemed to be the first proper private members' club in Paris.
