Do you have a favourite walk?
Through the old Roman town of Cannes, with its restaurants opening onto the cobbled streets that lead up to La Castre castle.

In Cannes, the Palais des Festivals is the most famous.

Musée Jean Cocteau in Menton, a secret find.
Which Riviera-born person do you most admire?Picasso discovered ceramics in Vallauris.

The Var near Saint Tropez. It’s beautiful and the home of rosé wine.
Any advice for visitors?
Go early season, hire a car and go skiing.
