Global Blue has launched its revamped traveller website. Building on Global Blue’s iconic portfolio of 50 ‘SHOP’ city travel guide magazines and maps, the new website helps international travellers navigate key fashion cities worldwide, including London, Paris, Milan, Rome, Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Madrid, Barcelona, Vienna, Tokyo, Singapore and Seoul.
Content that inspires
A team of over 40 in-house writers and editors, and over 200 contributors worldwide, deliver bespoke editorial content in English, Chinese and Russian. Up to the minute fashion news, shopping galleries and videos from SHOP’s award winning journalists helps inspire travellers at the planning stage of their trip.
The website also provides everything Globe Shoppers need to start their Tax Free Shopping journey, from improved store listings and localised shopping guides, to smart, intuitive Tax Free Shopping tools that help them spend and save while they are abroad.
New advertising formats
The new website also expands the range of advertising formats available to affiliated merchants, offering innovate new ways to help them better engage with Globe Shoppers through globalblue.com.
These include rich media, engaging video content, In-Reads, native advertising and re-designed brand dedicated microsites, which create additional advertising opportunities for Global Blue’s partner retailers.

In parallel, Global Blue has launched its new Business website, tailored to the needs of its affiliated merchant partners. The Business website is the gateway to an improved customer service, thanks to a more modern layout including new product pages, service information and tools to effortlessly order products and marketing materials.
