Changi Airport Terminal 3


After shopping in Global Blue Tax Free stores, visitors are required to bring their completed and stamped eTRS tickets to their local refund office to request a tax free refund. When travelling in Singapore, you can request your tax-free refund in cash at refund offices located in four terminals throughout Changi Airport. Check below for more specific address and opening hours of the refund point at Terminal 3.

Opening Hours: 

MON-SUN: 24 hours

For both checked-in luggage and hand baggage

  • Before check-in, use the eTRS self help kiosk in the Departure Hall, Level 2, opposite check in row 6
  • Use your eTRS ticket and follow the on-screen instructions to receive your refund to your credit cards
  • You may need to show the receipts and goods to the Customs officers for inspection


Prefer a cash refund?

  • Use the eTRS self-help kiosk and collect your approved notification slip
  • Go through immigration and go to the GST Cash Refund Counter behind Shilla Duty Free Cosmetics and Perfumes

  • GST Cash Refund charge an admin fee of SG100-199 for refunds totalling over SDG7,500 (single or multiple receipts)


N.B: Global Blue eTRS tickets issued locally accepted.
