- Up to 18% on a wide variety of goods including fashion, technology, watches and jewellery
- Up to 10% on other goods including food, medicine and books
Where can I shop Tax Free with Global Blue in Russia?
From now, you can shop Tax Free at a selection of famous department stores, shopping malls and luxury brands across seven cities including St. Petersburg, Moscow and Sochi.
Throughout 2018, Global Blue will partner with additional stores across the country, so you can shop Tax Free more widely.
Who is eligible to shop Tax Free with Global Blue in Russia?
International visitors from outside the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) are eligible to reclaim the VAT on their purchases made in Russia.
EEU countries include: Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia.
How do I shop Tax Free with Global Blue in Russia?
Spend a minimum of RUB 10,000. When paying for your purchases, ask store staff for a Global Blue Tax Free Form.
At the airport or port, go to the Customs desk and present your completed Tax Free Form, passport, receipts and unused purchases to get a stamp on your form.
Present your stamped, completed Tax Free Form to the nearby desk or office displaying a Global Blue logo to receive your refund in cash or to your credit card. Alternatively, use the Global Blue mailbox to mail your stamped Tax Free Form and receipts back to Global Blue to get a refund to your credit card.
