Tumi opens a pop-up shop at Heathrow Terminal 5

Premium travel brand Tumi has launched a new pop-up shop at Heathrow Terminal 5, which premieres its new Alpha 2 collection and introduces a new Digital Concierge experience

International premium travel brand Tumi has launched a pop-up shop at Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 5.

The new shop has been designed to be helpful and inviting, with customers able to pick up last-minute travel goods and interact with the brand.

The opening of the shop will be marked with a pre-launch of Alpha 2, the next generation of intelligent travel bags. The new collection incorporates travel upgrades for a lighter and more spacious design – perfect for fitting in some extra shopping.

From 1 March, the pop-up will feature a Digital Concierge experience. The interactive program will reveal your personal travel profile, as well as advising on the best travel experiences for you and the best Alpha 2 bag to take along for the journey.

The intimate space will showcase a wide array of travel cases, day bags and accessories, perfect for last-minute getaways. The pop-up shop will also have a dedicated monogramming station for on-the-spot product personalisation.
