As we slowly start to enter spring and the days get noticeably longer, this is the time to make the most of London’s best new openings and events. The British capital is always at the forefront of new food trends and this month sees a host of exciting new vegan eateries opening in the city. After the hugely successful launch of By Chloe, several other vegan restaurants are opening in London this March. Vegan burger pioneer the Vurger Co will be launching its first permanent site in Shoreditch, with meat-free burgers and vegan mac ‘n’ cheese, and pop-up Dirty Vegan will be on hand to cure all junk food cravings. Popular Crosstown Doughnuts will also be turning vegan this month, offering its first all-vegan doughnut and coffee bar.
