Red Dog Saloon is equipped with specially imported smokers, where meat is smoked over hickory wood for anything up to 16 hours to guarantee a seriously rich and aromatic result. Tuck into barbecue classics including Saint Louis-cut ribs or pulled pork, served with your choice of sides such as barbecue beans, macaroni and cheese or collard greens.
The particularly ravenous will also appreciate the restaurant’s burger selection, which includes extravagant combinations such as the Devastator, an 18oz chuck steak burger piled high with 200g of pulled pork, six rashers of applewood-smoked bacon and six slices of American cheese.
