Sample the exciting and invigorating summer menu at Ping Pong, which presents hot flavours, cool contrasts, updated classics and Instagram-ready street food dishes. Popular for traditional dim sum as well as tapas-style items and bao buns, Ping Pong offers a tasty and vibrant summer menu for all palettes. Meat lovers will enjoy its smoked chilli chicken wings topped with sesame seeds and fresh spring onions; vegetarians could opt for the crispy aubergine bao bun sweetened with a juicy hoisin sauce. Be sure to try the creative rice burger sliders, a modern remake of a steamed bao bun and traditional burger, for a fun way to enjoy bite-sized street food with an Asian twist; choose between pork tenderloin, chilli prawn and crispy aubergine, each served with a sauce full of flavour. Ensure you sample the Asian-inspired cocktail menu, including Asian-style Pimm's and lemonade, cucumber tonic, and lemongrass sangria ‒ ideal accompaniments for hot summer evenings as you enjoy dim sum on the terrace.
