Eat like an Italian at Osteria Dell’Angolo in London

Great cocktails, delicious pasta and irresistible ice cream – it’s no wonder that Osteria Dell’Angolo is so popular with London’s political elite

Westminster is home to some of London’s most famous landmarks but it isn’t always associated with great restaurants.

Tucked away in a corner of Westminster, just moments from Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, Osteria Dell’Angolo is a hidden gem that serves delicious Italian food in a conveniently central location.

Step inside Osteria Dell’Angolo and you’ll find a relaxed, friendly atmosphere alongside a menu of fresh, authentic Mediterranean flavours. If you can turn your attention away from your fellow diners – the restaurant is a favourite after-hours spot for many politicians – try the beef carpaccio, home-cured in a mix of herbs for a superlative taste.

Osteria Dell’Angolo’s pasta selection does not disappoint either. Our favourite dish is the scialatielli, a spaghetti typical of Sorrento, tossed with fresh crab meat and grilled courgettes to make a light yet satisfying dish.

Other mains include stuffed leg of rabbit, slow-cooked suckling pig and grilled fillet of beef. Ensure you’re fuelled for more sightseeing with a scoop of the Osteria’s delicious home-made ice cream or sorbet.
