Where do you live?
I live in West Kensington, where I’m surrounded by parks big and small, and walking distance from the river, which I love.
What’s your impression of London?
I moved over from New York five years ago and am constantly surprised and inspired by the creativity in London. There’s a sense of community despite the diversity, and it feels like a really special time to be here.
Which show are you looking forward to most this season and why?
I’m most looking forward to Erdem’s collection, because his clothes are so lovely. I am a big fan of Jonathan Saunders and Christopher Kane, for their distinct points of view. I also have a soft spot for Giles and his dramatic shows.

Burberry’s space in Kensington Gore is open and beautiful, and Topshop’s venue at Tate Modern was also a strong backdrop.

Plan a few outfits in advance and something in case it rains, so you’re not panicking last minute. And keep watching – you never know what will happen, or who will arrive when you’re least expecting it.

Starbucks – and it’s usually for more caffeine.
Which is your favourite WiFi café?

What are your fashion week wardrobe staples?
I usually factor in leather trousers from Denham, Kat Maconie ankle boots and a black coat from The Kooples.
Which is the most treasured piece in your wardrobe and what’s the story behind it?

Red patent, peep-toe heels by Christian Louboutin.

Originality – there’s always something to look at in London. And whether you love it or can’t quite figure it out, the style is always about the person wearing it, not the label.
Which do you think is the most fashionable area of the city?
There are so many in London, but I’d say east for boundary-pushing outfits, and west for a lesson in deconstructed elegance.
