Fitness First is set to launch version two of its Team GB Pro Athlete this month. As Team GB's first official fitness partner, the class is designed to target key athletic disciplines, namely speed, endurance, power, agility and strength. Each 40-minute class has been designed with Team GB athletes and coaches to focuses on the skills used by professional athletes. Each session addresses training, competition and teamwork to achieve the best possible results.

Zero Gravity Turbulence Bootcamp
The founders of Zero Gravity Pilates have created a new class for 2015. Turbulence Bootcamp is designed to promote weight loss and improve muscle tone, and it boosts overall fitness levels with a combination of high-intensity training movements.
