In March Riccardo Tisci was announced as the new creative director of Burberry, replacing Christopher Bailey. Previously the creative director at Givenchy and known for his gothic sensibility and high-fashion, cutting-edge aesthetic, Tisci seems an unusual choice for the traditional British fashion house. The hype around the Burberry SS19 show is inevitably huge and a key collection to look out for this London Fashion Week.
