Katie Ramsingh
Katie Ramsingh,

What’s your favourite thing about blogging?
I love how it gives you a platform to openly share and express your creativity with nothing holding you back – you’re your own boss!

How would you describe your style?
I usually describe it as Courtney Love and Morticia Addams’s love child!

Who’s style do you admire the most?
I love Alice Dellal, Keira Knightley, MØ, Pixie Geldof and Alexa Chung.

If money were no object, what designer item would you splash out on?
Saint Laurent, Saint Laurent, Saint Laurent! The dream.

What item do you think should be in every girl’s wardrobe?
A trusty black leather jacket.

What’s the best thing about living in Dublin?
It’s small yet we’ve everything and anything we need – it’s full of creativity and we’re quite a friendly bunch of people, so it’s a lot warmer than some cities – people-wise!

What secret or insider tip would you offer for exploring the city?
You can walk mostly anywhere in central Dublin in less than 20 minutes so refrain from getting the bus or Luas too much. Dublin has amazing architecture so the walk to and from places is usually interesting anyway!

Which city is your favourite shopping destination and why?
I’d say London, as it’s familiar to me, seeing as I lived there last year and because it has a fantastic mix of high-end, high street and vintage.

Where are your favourite places to shop in London?
Westfield shopping centre is overwhelmingly huge but it has every shop you can think of! I also love Brick Lane for the vintage shops and Covent Garden is nice and festive (but busy) around Christmas time to walk around.

Tell us three places in London you think everyone should visit
Topshop at Oxford Circus might be an obvious one but it is literally like a shopping centre in a shop – it has everything from a tattoo parlour to a hairdresser! It’s mind-blowing.

The Tower of London is my favourite historical landmark in the world and I actually had a membership pass into it when I lived over there. It’s in such a beautiful location and the juxtaposition of the castle and the modern skyscrapers surrounding it is really mind-blowing.

My favourite place to eat is Shake Shack in Covent Garden! Not very glamorous, but the crinkly fries and peanut butter milkshakes are to die for!
