Hugo Boss opens new Tokyo men’s flagship store

Hugo Boss has a new flagship store in Tokyo’s fashionable Omotesando, where men will find the best of the German brand

Emily Scrivener,

Luxury fashion brand Hugo Boss has opened its menswear store in the stylish district of Omotesando. The store features the new-generation store concept which can be seen in other select locations, such as Shanghai, Paris and London.

The building was designed by renowned Japanese architect Norihiko Dan, who wanted to imbue not only the building but the streetscape with a creative and lively atmosphere.

Complete with black high-gloss fittings, sleek furnishings and LED strips, the interior complements the building’s steel-framed exterior.

While Hugo Boss does have a women’s line, this new flagship store is strictly for the style-savvy man. The label is famous for contemporary modern elegance, and the product range encompasses both businesswear and sportswear as well as styles for more formal occasions. The store will carry the Boss and Hugo collections in its 336 square metres, with the basement dedicated solely to the Hugo line. There is also a VIP room so you can get your new suit fitted in ultimate comfort.
