Bally opens a new flagship store in Ginza, central Tokyo, designed in collaboration with David Chipperfield Architects

Bally has opened a new flagship store in Ginza, Tokyo’s luxury shopping district. Famed for its selection of fine eateries, designer fashion houses, renowned Japanese beauty brands and premium department stores, Ginza is the ultimate destination for all things luxury when shopping in Tokyo. Bally’s flagship covers two floors, offering both men’s and women’s accessories and ready-to-wear pieces on the ground floor, with a bespoke shoe care service available in the store’s Gentleman’s Corner.

The upper level has an extended VIP and event space where, until 8 May, customers can discover an exhibition of vintage Bally designs dating from 1851 to 1951. Designed in collaboration with David Chipperfield Architects, the new store blends Bally’s rich and traditional heritage with modern and contemporary touches, a style showcased on the catwalk by the brand’s creative director Pablo Coppola.
