City Guide
Verity Hogan,

With a series of intimate dining rooms as exquisitely decorated as chef Claudio Sadler’s intricately presented cuisine, Sadler restaurant is a delight both to see and to eat in. Sadler earned his two Michelin stars thanks to his creative approach to cuisine, and this is especially evident on his Market menu, inspired by seasonal cuisine available on the day. His à la carte selection is similarly impressive; typical choices include Barbary duck breast with candied apricots, chickpeas and a reduction of Nero d’Avola, or a more traditional wheat flour ravioli dish stuffed with burrata cheese, cherry tomatoes, rocket pesto and ricotta.
