From 15 May to 4 June 2015, Acqua di Parma presents its first contemporary art exhibition in the elegant seventeenth-century Palazzo Cusani in Brera. The exhibition is called I’ll Be There Forever/The Sense of Classic and aims to reveal the relationship between classic and contemporary in the work of major Italian artists of today.

Rosa Barba, Massimo Barolini, Simone Berti, Alberto Garutti, Armin Linke, Diego Perrone and Paola Pivi have all produced site-specific work, all reinterpreting the idea of the classic in new and surprising ways. The artists’ sculptures, large-scale installations, films, paintings and photographs will all be placed in the rooms and courtyards of the private Palazzo Cusani residence.

Admission is free and this is a great way of celebrating both some of the most interesting Italian artists of the moment while also paying homage to great Italian art history and influential artists of the past.
