Gucci hosts fashion manga exhibition

Hirohiko Araki has chosen Gucci’s showroom as the location for his first Italian exhibition

Renowned Japanese manga artist Hirohiko Araki is holding his first exhibition in Italy at Gucci’s showroom in Florence. The exhibition is a special collection of original works, including fashion illustrations created for Gucci as well as pieces from his series JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.

The exhibition follows the recent collaboration between Gucci creative director Frida Giannini and Araki in January when Araki brought the windows of Gucci’s worldwide store network to life with special manga installations.

The exhibition is open daily from 10am to 8pm until 14 July.
