This month the renowned Dutch department store de Bijenkorf is hosting its Shoe Celebration event, and Jimmy Choo has chosen to celebrate by offering its Made to Order shoe service from 11 March to 22 March in the Amsterdam branch. This exciting opportunity will offer visitors to Amsterdam the chance to design their own dream shoe. Clients can choose from a range of styles, materials and prints, and can even finish off their shoes with a personal monogram on the soles. Anouk, Lance, Xenia and Tite, the four styles on offer, have been picked by Jimmy Choo creative director Sandra Choi, while the fabrics range from delicate suedes to soft satins. This is the first time the Made to Order shoes, which were introduced in 2014, have come to a wholesale partner in Europe.
