Hotel im Wasserturm
The Hotel im Wasserturm occupies a 140-year-old building, once Europe’s largest water tower, overlooking the Dom. Inside, with décor by celebrated interior designer Andrée Putman, is equally impressive, from the 11-metre-high lobby to the 88 rooms and double-height suites. Adding to the appeal of this distinctive five-star hotel is its La Vision restaurant, which has two Michelin stars and impressive panoramic views from its 11th-floor location; there is also another restaurant and a popular bar. It’s no surprise to learn that all this has attracted celebrities such as Brad Pitt and Madonna.
