Hannah Lewis,

Released to celebrate both 100 years of Leica photography and 60 years of the Leica M rangefinder system, the Leica M Edition 60 is the kind of product camera lovers dream of. A limited edition, the set consists of a Leica M-P digital camera (Type 240) and a fast Leica Summilux-M 35mm f/1.4 ASPH lens, both created especially by Audi Design to pay homage to the essence and origins of photography.

This model is the first digital camera to concentrate exclusively on the basic functions required for photography: shutter speed, aperture, focusing and ISO sensitivity. Users are transported back to the world of analogue and required to use their own expertise and creativity – yet the the crispness and modernity of a Leica digital camera are maintained. A collector’s piece, this is one for the photography aficionado.
