EAT: Restaurant Schorn
Restaurant Schorn is an elegant yet cosy venue offering top-tier French-inspired Schorn German cuisine. The carefully sourced, high-quality ingredients and creative presentation guarantee a delicious meal and the friendly atmosphere assures a relaxing evening. Locals’ well-regarded favourites include fried goose liver, perch fillet with root vegetables or Schorn’s mustard roast beef, a Düsseldorf classic. DO: Alt St. Martin
Build on the foundations of an older church, this 12th-century Romantic structure is one of Düsseldorf’s oldest church towers. The beautiful building was retained, despite 19th-century renovation of the surrounding structure, because it serves as the triangulation point for the Bilk observatory. It is renowned for its far-reaching and unobstructed views of the city.
