On 31 December, an open-air festival here stretches two kilometres and features party tents, performances on multiple stages, food stalls and light productions. The highlight is a spectacular firework display at midnight. Admission is free. The festival programme kicks off at 7pm and continues into the early hours of the morning. With around a million visitors set to ring in the new year at Brandenburg Gate, this is sure to be an event to remember.
