This month you can channel the spirit of one of the world’s biggest music festivals with the cutting-edge H&M Loves Coachella 2017 range. Swedish megabrand H&M has collaborated with the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival once again to bring the event’s bohemian vibe to the high street. While last season’s collection was based around off-the-shoulder blouses and flared trousers, this year the collaboration showcases a more prominent grunge aesthetic. Californian street-style has been updated with embroidered denim jackets, metallic bodies, pleated midiskirts and slip dresses, and key accessories this year include heart-shaped sunglasses, faux suede studded chokers and large star-shaped earrings.
This year the H&M Loves Coachella campaign features The Atomics, an alternative pop band fronted by model Lucky Blue Smith and his sisters, and perfectly captures the collection’s edgy grunge aesthetic.
H&M Loves Coachella will be available in Germany and the US from 23 March, and globally from 30 March.
