There were plenty of new shoe styles to covet in the spring/summer 2018 collections. The soon-to- be-cult shoes seen on the catwalks ranged from knee-high lace-up boots to feathered heels and cowboy boots. Rodeo boots were a key shoe trend, appearing at Calvin Klein, Chloé and Givenchy, and were worn with everything from pretty tea dresses to leather. Loewe is always one to watch when it comes to accessories and this season it presented some interesting takes on trainers including suede offerings with curved toes. Louis Vuitton also featured cool takes on the trainer trend with its chunky sneakers with thick soles. For a more feminine springtime shoe option, designer names such as Marni, Prada, Fendi and Etro continued to explore the kitten-heel trend with delicate offerings featuring pretty embellishments.
