Tales of Spain hosts an exhibition in Paris

The Spanish embassy in Paris celebrates the art and craft of its country’s fashion design with a one-off exhibition in the heart of the city

Marina Nelson,

The Association of Fashion Designers of Spain recently held a special exhibition in Paris to celebrate the craftsmanship of Spanish fashion design.

Comprising more than 25 of Spain’s emerging and well-established designers, including Manolo Blahnik and Loewe, the exhibition showcased each designer’s house signature for autumn/winter 2014/15.

The show took place in the Spanish embassy in Paris where the décor complemented the designs, with walls adorned with historical paintings, portraits and decorative pieces by the renowned artist Francisco Goya.
