Well-known shoe designer Rupert Sanderson took Marilyn Monroe as his muse for his latest collection of shoes, unveiled at this year’s Cannes Film Festival. He was inspired by Monroe’s statement red-lipstick pout in creating the special collection for autumn/winter 2012/13, which features Swarovski-encrusted lips at the front of the shoes and an embellished platform sole, creating sparkling accessories for a glamorous evening. Due to hit the shops this month, these heels are sure to turn heads at any party.
