Dive into the new Hermès store on rue de Sèvres, set within a converted Art Nouveau pool building. The striking interior, dominated by three nine-metre-tall latticed ash wood huts, was designed by architect Denis Montel. The opening of the new boutique coincides with the brand’s move into interiors. Find fabrics, wallpaper and carpets by American artists Janis Provisor and Brad Davis, before perusing the bookshop and the florist, which is stocked with exotic peonies and lichen branches. Take time for tea at the balcony bar, the appropriately named Le Plongeoir (diving board in English).
