Delvaux has unveiled a new bag, the D to D. Made in France, this latest model is defined by a simple and effective design, in keeping with the heritage brand’s elegant style.
The ultralight D to D is made from a waterproof woven canvas that has been carefully developed by Delvaux. This versatile day bag can be worn in two ways, either over the shoulder, using leather straps that can be tucked away inside the bag when not in use, or by hand, with sturdy carbon-fibre handles that fold up and down.
The ebony and ivory version is a perfect example of understated luxury, while the saffron-yellow colourway with bayadere stripes offers a vibrant pop of colour. In addition to the two colourways, Delvaux also gives you the options of two different sizes, MM or the voluminous XL.
Look out for a short film starring Anna Cleveland which has been released to mark the bag’s launch. In a nod to the brand’s Belgian origins, the model is styled as a Flemish beauty, reminiscent of a Vermeer painting, armed with the D to D bag. Delvaux was founded in Brussels in 1829 and is now known worldwide for its exquisite leather goods and skilled craftsmanship.
